Use of the Site
The Site is a marketing and information site for the in-development game Trial of the Ancients. You may browse it for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or redistribute content.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack or circumvent the Site’s security or anti-spam measures.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form.
- Impersonate any other person or entity.
Beta program
Applying for beta access does not guarantee admission. Admitted testers may be asked to agree to a separate non-disclosure agreement. Beta builds are provided “as is”, without warranty.
Intellectual property
The Trial of the Ancients name, logos, artwork, copy and game design are owned by Virtual Verse Studio unless otherwise indicated. Some 3D models and textures shown on the Site are licensed from third parties and are not offered for download or reuse. Press materials we make available may be used by journalists and content creators for editorial coverage of the game.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services such as Discord, YouTube and the Meta Horizon Store. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
Disclaimers
The Site and any beta builds are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Verse Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Verse Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virtual Verse Studio is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
