    Bow draw, aim, release. Roomscale-friendly stationary stance. Comfort tuning across Quest 2, Quest 3, and PCVR baselines.

    Combat prototype

    Wave system, enemy AI fundamentals, three arrow archetypes, hit feedback, and the first version of the reward draft system.

    Reward draft system

    Three-choice reward picker after every clear. Tuned across arrows, modifiers, and summons. Synergy graph wired into the pickability scoring.

    Ancient Egyptian era — content lock

    Six enemies, one boss (Priest-King Akheb), four objective types, era-specific runes, lore + audio passes.

    Demo build — Quest 3

    First playable demo: full Egyptian era, full reward draft, three objective variants. Targets a 12–18 minute first session.

  6. Beta Planned

    Closed beta

    Invite-only build via the beta signup list. Cohorted by headset. Focus on pacing, difficulty curve, and reward balance.

    Public App Lab demo

    Open demo on Meta App Lab. Wider feedback loop, telemetry, and the first marketing push.

  8. Launch Planned

    Second era reveal

    First post-Egyptian era teased — new enemy archetypes, new mechanical theme. Era unlock structure between runs.

    1.0 launch — multi-era

    Full release on Meta Horizon Store, Steam, and PSVR 2. Two complete eras at launch. Roadmap for future eras locked in.
