Beta program

All content on the Site — including the Trial of the Ancients name, logos, key art, screenshots, copy, and game design — is owned by Virtual Verse Studio unless otherwise indicated. Press materials made available in the press kit may be used by journalists and content creators for editorial coverage of the game.

The Site may link to third-party services (Discord, Steam, Meta Horizon Store, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
Disclaimers
The Site and any beta builds are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Verse Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Verse Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.
